below is the Juan' Request of FKM diaphragm :
Description: Fabric reinforced diaphragm that needs to withstand oxygen gas. We are thinking of FKM with fabric reinforcement to improved durability.
Material: Fabric with rubber-coated fabric (oxygen resistant) .
Thickness: 0.45mm nominal
Max Working Pressure: 30 psi
Max Working Temperature: 45 C
Max Axial displacement: 1mm

My first reaction: this is a customized case, different from general accessories

We chose FKM because we commonly see this material in valve diaphragms and we think it might have better mechanical resistance to cyclic movement and 30psi pressure.
We need fabric-reinforced material to improve durability.
and this project is in the development stage.

FKM diaphragm, silicone diaphragm, which is the right one in the ventilator valve with fabric reinforcement to improved durability and withstands oxygen gas.

I replied from the following aspects for client reference

First industry requirements
Ventilator, a medical accessory, must meet FDA, and the material must meet ISO10093
At this point, liquid silicone and silicone diaphragm could meet.

Material properties
if there is not a vibration frequency requirement. It only requires oxygen resistance and fabric reinforcement to improved durability.
Compared with the silicone diaphragm, the FKM diaphragm has no advantages.
Because of silica gel, its tear resistance and oxygen resistance are very good.
And FKM, its performance advantages are mainly strong acid resistance, various oil resistance, weather resistance, etc.

Mould aspect:
In the testing phase, open a compression trial mold is more economic
trial mold is the lowest cost, the shortest time to complete the collection of raw data such as product structure testing, 
assembly testing, and potential problems
