We wanted to manufacture customized Rubber Casings for our design.
We would like to know the following things:
- What are the things that will be required for this project?
- Type of Rubber casings should be Bio-compatible. Can we get a certificate of bio-compatibility?
- Can you assign a dedicated person for this project?
- We wanted to go with Compression Moulding rubber.
- Order of RubberCasings will be 2000 units per 3 months

- What are the things that will be required for this project? Please advise the size of Rubber Casings, if possible, it is best to provide 3-D drawing is better.
Hardness: for example 50-60Shore A or othersColor: transparent or other?
- Type of Rubber casings should be Bio-compatible. Can we get a certificate of bio-compatibility? Yes, we can provide silicone with bio-compatibility certification. can you tell me where is it used? Apart from rubber casting, do you also purchase other silicone accessories?
- Can you assign a dedicated person for this project?-of course, we are a project responsible system, with dedicated product experts and engineers in charge of your project.
- Can you tell me about your company website so that we can better understand your needs and arrange more professional engineers to connect with you
- We wanted to go with Compression Moulding rubber.

We are expecting the following quality:
- The final Rubber case would be Matt finished just like the Apple watch strip (Non-dust).
- No parting lines should be visible on the outer surface, here enclosed image for reference
- Color should not be fade by rubbing any alcohol-based sanitizer

Based on your strickly appearance requirements,
Here enclosed we produced silicone ball and o-ring by compression molding
which is fast no parting line is invisible, very smooth, zero flash.
Project proposals:
Please firstly try a compression prototype tooling
The fee is 550USD with 10pcs black samples (better than video shown).
Lead time: 10days
If the sample is acceptable,then to with serial compression mold.
